Start with the right part of Corydon

Tourism Winnipeg describes the Corydon dining district, historically known as Little Italy, as a destination for restaurants, shopping and people-watching. That district should not be confused with every address along the avenue. A rental farther west can offer a different setting and different routes to the places you visit.

1755 Corydon Avenue is on the western stretch of Corydon. When reviewing this address, use it as the starting point in your map or trip planner rather than searching only for “Corydon.” Avoid assuming that a restaurant mentioned in a neighbourhood guide is a short walk from the building.

Try an ordinary weekday

Make a short list: work or school, groceries, a pharmacy, exercise and one place you visit socially. Check each journey at the time you would actually travel. If possible, visit the block during the day and again in the evening to assess traffic and the surroundings for yourself.
